Terms and legal.

Starter policies for the sales site. These are practical placeholders until you review them for your exact business, jurisdiction, and payment setup.

Access is account-bound.

Gamble Client access is rented or purchased for the verified account that completes checkout and Discord verification.
Sharing accounts, reselling access, redistributing the jar, or bypassing license checks can result in revoked access.
Features, module names, supported Minecraft versions, and access methods may change between releases.
You are responsible for following the rules of any Minecraft server where you use this client.
Gamble Client is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, Stripe, or any server named on this site.

Normal signup may store email, display name, selected plan, verification state, and login timestamps.
Discord login may store Discord user ID, username, avatar, guild membership, and role-check results.
Payments may store Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, webhook event IDs, and purchase state.
License checks may store license key, device identifier, IP metadata, timestamps, and validation results for abuse prevention.
Passwords must be hashed server-side when real backend auth is connected. The current static demo does not store passwords.

Refund policy

Before Stripe is enabled, no payments are processed through this site.
Monthly rentals should be cancelable before the next billing period once subscriptions exist.
Lifetime purchases should disclose whether refunds are available before payment is accepted.
Access may be revoked without refund for chargebacks, redistribution, abuse, or attempts to bypass verification.

Acceptable use

Do not upload, mirror, leak, decompile for redistribution, or sell copies of the release jar.
Do not attack, scrape, spam, or bypass the account portal, Discord bot, payment flow, or license API.
Do not use stolen payment methods, fake identities, or someone else's Discord account to obtain access.
Report access bugs privately through Discord instead of publishing bypasses.
